Transparent Communication for Proactive, Personalized Rehabilitation
The uniqueness of Genesis rests in its communication model. We provide a seamless and transparent level of communication through objective and quantifiable observations in our detailed progress notes and reports. Supervising professionals who have worked with Genesis have stated that our level of communication allows the Treatment Team to be alerted to escalating situations before a crisis occurs. In addition, our detailed notes assist the Treatment Team in making necessary alterations to programming on a weekly basis opposed to waiting for bi-monthly progress reports.

Upholding the Highest Standards in Professional Rehabilitation
Genesis is committed to the highest standard of services while providing professional rehabilitation support to its clientele. In the course of providing care, Genesis team members are mindful of and employ the ethical principles of two unique associations: The Ontario Association of Consultants, Counsellors, Psychotherapists and Psychometrists (OACCPP) and The Vocational Rehabilitation Association of Canada (VRA).
The OACCPP Code of Ethics outlines a framework for the provision of ethical and responsible mental health services. The VRA Code of Ethics provides a template for the provision of ethical rehabilitation practice. Collectively, these two organizations encompass the professional standards maintained at Genesis Community Rehabilitation, Inc.
